• In order to enable the excavation of a parking lot adjacent to the foundations of the historical building, it was necessary to support and strengthen the original foundations. The project included the careful digging and reconstruction of the foundations in small sections, casting new concrete retaining walls, and constructing anchors beneath the building’s floor in order to create horizontal support for the foundations.

During the course of the works, various elements of the building (walls, ceilings, staircase) required monitoring and strengthening.
